Wed 24 September – Stop being Average!

Ok, so you have found your next development site, you have done your numbers and worked out the best yield for your site using the r-code allowances and averages, but is this the best you can really do?

As the property market starts to undergo another slight shift, it will be the experienced and knowledgeable investors that rise to the top and make the most of the current conditions. To be the most competitive you can be and maximise the potential of your projects you need to be able to get more out or your projects then the average person, this will give you an edge in the market.

Like most games, once you know the rules, you understand how far you can bend them to your advantage without breaking them. Wouldn’t it be nice to have someone on your team who can help you maximise your returns by bending the rules a little for you….

This month’s speaker is Neil Teo from Dynamic Planning and Developments. In his capacity as Town Planner Neil has many years of experience across a number of large projects in the planning arena and his company has experience and provides services across: project co-ordination and management; master planning; strategic planning; statutory planning and development co-ordination. Neil has had some good wins and achieved some beneficial outcomes for his clients.

Neil will be sharing some valuable insights on a number of topics including:

–          What is a Town Planner and how can they assist you

–          How to maximise use of your site – real life project

–          Recent changes to the planning approval process (DAP or development assessment panels) and what they mean to you and your development

–          Multiple Dwellings Vs Group Dwellings

I know this topic will be a must see for many of the guys in our group and as always a great opportunity for networking.
