Wed 29th July – Sharpen Your Swiss army knife

It pays to have the right tools to hand when you are embarking on a property deal. At PropertyMeeting we are big on educating everyone to take control and ownership of deals so you really understand the process, costs and outcomes.

To get the most bang for your buck and ensure you maximise the returns on your future deals, the single best thing you can do is take control of the costs from the beginning of the project and manage this through to the end.

Where do you start if you have no idea about how to achieve this or are unsure about the best approach to take when performing feasibility studies or engaging various trades and builders. Never fear, help is at hand by seeking the expertise of a Quantity Surveyor who can guide you through the process and ensure your tenders are well executed and things stay on track throughout the project.

So this month we are going to provide you with another tool for your belt and dive into the world of Quantity Surveying (QS) to give you some insight into how you can take back control of the quoting process for your next project.

Not to be missed! As promised we will also be running an extended structured networking session so you can rub shoulders with and grow your network of other like-minded investors. Everyone who has attended one of these sessions has raved about the value of these type of networking sessions provide. Who knows what opportunities will come out of this session for you! – Make sure you bring a pen and pad…
