This month we have two RESULTS Mentoring program graduates presenting something for everyone, from those contemplating their first small development to those ready for massive growth.

Growing a multi-million dollar property portfolio may seem impossible or a long way off, but with the right mindset, tools, education, and properties, it can be easier than you think.  Many investors start small.  For most, the decision to ramp up their property investing is an essential step towards financial freedom by setting them up for good capital growth and cashflow as their portfolio matures.

Find out how real people make the life-changing-decisions along this continuum, from starting out to creating property portfolios worth millions of dollars!

Queensland-based Karen Coe describes herself a fledgling property investor and developer with one small development project undertaken to date.  A busy wife and mother of four, Karen also holds positions in family companies that involve managing farm accounts and co-ordinating seed production, trials and breeding programs.  She has a degree in Rural Management and experience in practical project managing and accounting roles.

Karen will walk us through her first development and the lessons learned during a title re-alignment and cosmetic renovation in Toowoomba.

Like a lot of people, Sydney-based Glenn Newbery started his property investing journey with little idea of what he was doing or where he was heading.  He sought out education, then dabbled in various strategies in Australia and overseas, during which he made a little bit of money, plenty of mistakes and learned a lot.  Three years ago, with one hugely negative cashflow property to his name, Glenn decided he really needed to get some direction, make some changes and ramp things up.

Since then, Glenn has built a multi-million dollar portfolio using an interesting range of property investing strategies, including renovation, buy-and-hold, granny flat development and positive cashflow investing.

In this month’s meeting, Glenn will provide knowledge and insight on how anyone can follow his lead.  He will share tips like using leverage and LMI to fast-track your portfolio, buying the right properties for further capital growth, and managing your portfolio as it grows in size.

Come along and meet Karen and Glenn in person.  Find out what they did, how they did it and how you could be working towards doing the same thing, in less time than you think!

Don’t forget your notebooks, bring your family and friends and come prepared to network with other like-minded investors.
