Wed 23 Mar – Light Globe Moments From A Local Sparky AND How To Cut Project Costs

‘Light globe moments from a local sparky’

Following on from our successful meeting last month with builder Jack Forrest, we thought we’d continue the theme of having tradesmen present their knowledge and experience to ensure that our projects run smoothly and efficiently. Our guest speaker this week is Charles Fryer with IR Electrical. Charles is a qualified Electrician who has many years’ experience in domestic and commercial electrical and air conditioning installations and maintenance.

Charles and his team service currently provide a service for Call2View Real Estate and Adamant Property Services, in addition to undertaking work for Murray Oakley clients when required.  Charles will share his knowledge and wisdom about the best way to utilise your electrician, what must be done to be compliant and safe and any other answer questions you might have.

PLUS,

We will be talking about how to maximise profits when it comes to subdivision and development deals BEFORE signing on the dotted line. The reality is that many investors get swept up in the hype – thinking that a subdivision or property development will make a profit regardless of the size of the land or the locality. However, there are a lot of variables that any investor needs to understand and work through to determine costs, so our discussion will be on how to cut costs and to maximise profits for your development deal.
