Award Winning Consultant, Becky Paroz, will take you through 9 keys point that you can use to manage your projects from large to small and stay on top of it all.  You will learn what questions to ask if you do subcontract a Project Manager, thus putting the power and controls back in your hands.

Becky studied Civil Engineering early in her career and realised that she loved working on the project and its outcomes rather than the figures and the design!

RUSSELL SPARKE

Every property investor needs a good lawyer on their team.  They also need to know when to seek that lawyer’s opinion on a contract, a structure or a finance deal, before it’s too late!

The team at Russell Sparke Lawyer is lead by Russell Sparke LL.B., a lawyer with over 25 years experience in Real Estate and Property Development Projects, Property, Commercial, Business and Vendor Finance law.

Russell holds a Certificate IV in Real Estate Services from the Real Estate Institute of Queensland, is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland, a Solicitor of the High Court of Australia and a Member Queensland Law Society

In addition to his qualifications, Russell has a wealth of hands on experience in property investing and developing, and is one of only a handful of lawyers experienced in vendor finance transactions for both residential and commercial property and businesses.  Vendor finance is an interesting strategy which often provides a solution for a successful transaction where traditional methods have failed to yield a result.

Russell speaks our language and will be sharing some wise counsel with us.  Find out why and how a solicitor who is experienced in facilitating property transactions can make or save you money and time!

Please bring pen and paper as you’ll want to take plenty of notes!  This is also a great opportunity to ask questions of the presenters and other participants.  You might like to bring a jacket too, in case the room gets a little cool.

Remember, you are always welcome to bring along friends or relatives who are interested in property investing – it is all about networking with like-minded people!  Tea and coffee provided.

There is a $15 per head entry charge or $25 per couple, payable online or cash at the door.

I look forward to seeing you there!
