Erik has been investing and doing property developments for many years.  Erik is a methodical researcher who likes looking for profitable deals making sure he knows the profit in the deal before he put in an offer.  It is not uncommon for Erik to go through literaly dozens of deals before finding one that meets his profit criteria.
