We hope to see you at what will be the last meeting for 2012. If you have ever wondered what impact the economic turbulence and shaky markets is having on us, well here’s your chance to find out. More on the topic below, but first the social bits…
As the year end function there will be additional time to network and socialise to build relationships, as the saying goes it’s not what you know but who you know. We will be providing some drinks and nibbles as well as the chance to get free attendance for all of the 2013 functions for one lucky attendee so bring your business cards.
Back onto the presentation.
Scott Williams (Investment Adviser) from Triple C Consulting will discuss the significant shifts occurring within the Western Australian economy, business sentiment including changes in the mining sector, how this is influencing the property and equities markets and how investors can position themselves to benefit including thoughts on investment strategies.
Scott will provide an update on the stock market within Australia and around the world, what has happened since the GFC and what is likely to be expected in the coming years from understanding both economic and investment cycles and how this relates back to the property market, including a discussion on how the US market is fairing and the significance this has for Australia.
Also ideas will be presented on how stocks can be used to improve your property portfolio.
