About this month’s speaker
Eric Wu arrived in Sydney from China at the age of 29, as an International Masters student.
He had little money and not-the-best English and his girlfriend (now wife) had come to Australia a year earlier, also studying her Masters in Finance. After paying university fees, they had very little left in their pockets, and faced the confusion, despair, frustration and desperation that most new migrants go through.
Working hard, especially in the first few years and saving every dollar they could, they started to grow a property investing portfolio and 10 years later have created $5 million worth of property across Sydney and Brisbane.
And in 2016, Eric launched a new business, RealWay Finance, where he is director and a Mortgage Broker.
